The seminar is meant to equip senior officials with requisite skills to initiate public-private partnership schemes in Sudan. This effort is identified in the Bank’s Integrate Africa as well as Improve the quality of Lives of the People of Arica Strategies. It drives alternative financing schemes for development projects in RMCs, like Sudan. It will also be an occasion to bridge the legal knowledge from the previously held workshop with financial skills for successful PPP engagements. The workshop is expected to build sufficient confidence and skill for the commencement of PPPs in Sudan in the very near future.
